2.2 Collection, processing and use of your personal data

Any other use of the information is not permitted and does not take place with any of the service providers entrusted by us. Your personal data will be deleted if there are no legal obligations to retain it and if you have made a claim for deletion, if the data is no longer required to fulfill the purpose for which it was stored or if its storage is not permitted for other legal reasons.

3. Log files

Each time our websites are accessed, usage data is transmitted by the respective Internet browser and stored in log files, the so-called server log files. The data records stored in this process contain the following data: Date and time of access, name of the page accessed, IP address, referrer URL (origin URL from which you came to the web pages), the amount of data transferred, as well as product and version information of the browser used.

The IP addresses of the users are deleted or anonymized after termination of use. In the case of anonymization, the IP addresses are changed in such a way that the individual information about personal or factual circumstances can no longer be assigned to a specific or identifiable natural person, or can only be assigned to such a person with a disproportionate amount of time, cost and effort. We evaluate these log file data records in anonymized form in order to further improve our offer and make it more user-friendly, to find and correct errors more quickly and to control server capacities.

4. Google Analytics

This website uses the service “Google Analytics”, which is provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to analyze website usage by users. The service uses “cookies” – text files that are stored on your terminal device. The information collected by the cookies is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

IP anonymization is used on this website. The IP address of the user is shortened within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area. This shortening eliminates the personal reference of your IP address. As part of the agreement on the order data agreement, which the website operators have concluded with Google Inc., the latter uses the information collected to create an evaluation of website use and website activity and provides services associated with internet use.

You have the option of preventing the cookie from being stored on your device by making the appropriate settings in your browser. It is not guaranteed that you can access all features of this website without restrictions if your browser does not allow cookies.

Furthermore, you can use a browser plug-in to prevent the information collected by cookies (including your IP address) from being sent to and used by Google Inc. The following link will take you to the corresponding plugin:
